Kucing is not involved in Estate Agency work. We are neither a Property Agency nor a Salesperson and do not act as intermediaries in property transactions. Importantly, we do not receive any compensation from transaction proceeds between stakeholders. As we do not represent any party, including third parties, we maintain complete neutrality, ensuring no conflict of interest.

Can I have more than one Kucing account?
At Kucing, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure platform. For this reason, each user is allowed only one account. However, if you wish to buy or sell multiple properties, you are welcome to create multiple listings under the same account.
Is Kucing available outside Singapore?
Kucing is currently available exclusively in Singapore, but we’re excited to expand to more countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
