• Do not intimidate Others
  Kucing does not allow threats, intimidation, or behaviour that makes others feel unsafe.You must not cause fear, threaten violence, encourage harm, or target any person or group with abusive or dangerous language. Any behaviour that puts another user’s safety or wellbeing at risk may lead to action being taken on your account.
• Keep Viewings Safe
  Property viewings should take place in a safe and respectful environment.Before a visit, remove or secure anything that could create a risk of accident, injury, fire, health concern, or harm to visitors, including dangerous items, unsecured weapons, or animals that may pose a safety concern.

Trust is at the heart of the Kucing community. Respect other people’s property, treat personal belongings with care, and communicate honestly at every step of your property journey.

• Keep Messages Relevant
  Kucing does not allow spam, repeated messages, or irrelevant promotions in chats. Please keep your property promotion, viewing request, or enquiry linked to the relevant listing. Do not flood other users with duplicate messages, unsolicited promotions, or unrelated requests.
• Be Genuine. Avoid Fraud.
  Do not use Kucing to mislead, defraud, or take advantage of other users. This includes phishing, abusing the booking system, redirecting users to unrelated websites, promoting unrelated products, or making false claims against other members of the community.
• Respect Property and Documents
  Do not take, damage, or misuse anything that does not belong to you, including personal belongings, keys, access cards, identity documents, or confidential information.Treat every home and viewing with care and respect.

Treat others with respect, kindness, and consideration. Being polite in your messages, viewings, and interactions helps create a more trusted and pleasant Kucing community.

• Do not harass others
  Do not harass, intimidate, blackmail, defame, or target other users with unwanted behaviour. Never share someone’s personal information to shame, threaten, or pressure them. Keep interactions respectful and safe.
• Respect Boundaries
  Do not make inappropriate, suggestive, or offensive requests or remarks that could make another person feel uncomfortable.Sending or posting inappropriate images, sexually suggestive content, or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
• Use Respectful Language
  Do not use vulgar, abusive, offensive, or insulting language on Kucing. Keep your communication polite, respectful, and appropriate at all times.

Create listings that are clear, accurate, and truthful. Describe your property honestly, highlight its real strengths, and use photos that reflect its actual condition. Genuine listings help build trust and attract the right users.

• Be Who You Say You Are
  Use accurate information when creating and using your Kucing account. Do not use a false name, create or maintain duplicate accounts, impersonate someone else, or open an account if you are under 18. Being genuine helps protect the community and keeps interactions trusted from the start.
• Represent Your Property Honestly
  Do not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information about your property. Your listing should reflect the actual property being offered, including its location, size, condition, availability, price, and features. Do not create fake listings, substitute one property for another, or hide hazards, defects, or habitability issues.

Treat others with the same respect and consideration you would expect in return. Show up for confirmed viewings, communicate clearly, and honour the commitments you make through Kucing. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

• Honour Your Commitments
  Once a booking, viewing, or offer has been accepted by both parties, do your best to follow through. Do not cancel at the last minute or withdraw from an agreed arrangement without a valid reason, especially simply because a better offer comes along.
• Be responsive
  Respond clearly and in a timely manner before and during a booking, viewing, or offer process. Provide a reliable point of contact before a visit, and do not ignore users who are actively interacting with you.

• Check user profile
  Before interacting or booking a viewing, take a moment to check the user’s profile. On Kucing, registered users including owners, agents, buyers, and tenants are required to complete identity verification when posting listings or making viewing appointments. In Singapore, this is mainly done through Singpass.Verified users display a blue “ID verified” icon next to their profile picture.
• Book Viewings Through Kucing
  Use Kucing’s secure booking platform to arrange property viewings. After each visit, complete the process with our rating tool to help keep the community trusted and accountable.
• Meet Safely for Viewings
  For property viewings, meet first in a safe and well-lit area, such as the lobby, entrance gate, or guard house. Even with verified users, meeting someone for the first time requires care. Stay alert and avoid unnecessary risks.
• Keep Chats on Kucing
  Once an owner or agent accepts a viewing request, use Kucing’s in-app chat to coordinate the visit. Keep conversations on the platform and avoid moving discussions to external messaging apps, so your interactions remain safer and easier to review if needed.
• Make Offers Through Kucing
  Use Kucing’s app to make and track offers. It helps both parties show serious interest and keep a clear record of their interactions. Please note that offers made through Kucing are not legally binding and rely on both parties’ good-faith commitment.

Your safety is a top priority at Kucing. Stay alert to suspicious accounts, unusual requests, or anything that feels too good to be true. Keep your interactions on Kucing whenever possible, and report any suspicious activity to us so we can review it.

• The fake property agent Scam
  Be careful of scammers pretending to be property agents and asking for fees to arrange a viewing. Viewing appointments do not require an upfront fee. Agents on Kucing are verified against the CEA Public Register and highlighted with an Agent frame around their profile picture.
• Beware of Off-Platform Deal Scams
  Be careful of anyone offering better deals, special listings, or faster viewings if you contact them outside Kucing, such as on WhatsApp or WeChat. Keep your communication, viewing requests, and offers on Kucing. If someone pressures you to leave the app, report it to us.
• Beware of Fake Kucing Websites
  Be careful of fake links sent by email, SMS, or messaging apps. Before clicking, check that the link leads to Kucing’s official website, kucing.sg. Do not tap or click links that use suspicious, misspelled, or unfamiliar web addresses. If you have already opened a suspicious link, do not enter any personal information, login details, or payment information. Close the page and report it to us.
• Beware of Payment Request Scams
  Kucing will never ask you to make payment through a third-party vendor, external website, personal bank account, or unofficial payment link. Any payment processed through Kucing should only happen inside the Kucing app. Depending on your device, payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play.If someone asks you to pay outside the app, treat it as suspicious and report it to us.
• Beware of Password and OTP Scams
  Kucing will never ask for your password, OTP, or sensitive account details by phone call, message, email, or third-party website. Do not share these details with anyone, even if they claim to be from Kucing support. If someone asks for them outside the app, treat it as suspicious and report it to us.
