Kucing screens all submitted property listing before publication to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service. We screen all property listings from sellers to evaluate and flag possibly fraudulent listings.
We check users – homeowners and seekers – ID to ensure that all users are who they pretend to be. To do so, we conduct digitized “know your customer” (eKYC) process to verify and authenticate users’ personal data. For homeowners and seekers in Singapore, we also propose Singpass trusted digital identity service for easy ID verification and secure access to Kucing platform.
We encourage users to provide important documents to improve their chance of success on Kucing. While no screening system is perfect, we check all documents uploaded by sellers (property title) to prevent fraud and scam as much as we can.
Always interact, book, and communicate directly through the Kucing app. As long as you stay on Kucing digital platform throughout your entire real estate journey you’d be protected by our anti-fraud strategy (we never disclose your tel number, your name or your unit number).
We follow account authentication and password management best practices. From OTP to password hashing, we have secured the creation, handling and authentication of user accounts.
We are using in-app payment powered by Apple or Google to process payment on our platform. We are making sure that any payment going through our platform is secure.
