A reliable way to assess property value is by reviewing actual transaction prices of similar properties. With Kucing Heatmap, you can access up-to-date data from the past 12 months, including private property transactions (URA) and public housing data (HDB), empowering you to make well-informed decisions. Keep in mind that while “instant” online valuations may provide a general estimate, they often yield inaccurate or unreliable results. For precise insights, it’s always best to consult a professional.
What are “ID Verified” and “Owner” Badges
Badges are used as a pre-screening help, to save everyone’s time and ensuring you’re off to a good start.
- ID verified Badges: “Parties” IDs are verified early in the journey as it is mandatory to get “ID Verified” to Post a listing or make a booking to view a property. Badges will be granted once ID screening has successfully been completed. Verification process is automated (Singpass or eKYC Solution when uploading your ID manually). Remark: Kucing takes information security seriously and has developed (in compliance with SG PDP Act) an internal Data Protection Management Programme (DPMP).
- Owner badge (Optional): In a standard conveyancing project, asset ownership will be exchanged against a Sum of money. Accordingly, as owner you may want to submit your PTI (Property Title Information) which is downloadable for Free at https://app.sla.gov.sg/MyProperty/

How do I ensure Profiles/Listing are genuine?
Thanks to our company policies & procedures in place; we can detect incoherencies, ensure a property can’t be duplicated through multiple accounts; and avoid any property marketed by unauthorized user.
How many photos and videos can I upload per listing?
With any plan, you can upload up to 11 pictures. Our paid plan also allows you to upload 1 video.
Are my information’s safe?
Your information’s are kept confidential by Kucing. Property Listing details: Unit No is not shared with prospective buyers. And Uploaded documents (ID, PTI and AIP) are “tokenized” to display “badges” instead of displaying original content.
Do I need to share my personal details with other users?
In line with our Safety & Security Policy, sharing your personal information is entirely your choice. For instance, only the nickname you select is visible within the app. Additionally, all privacy settings can be easily managed directly from the app, ensuring your personal details—such as your mobile number, email address, and unit number—remain private and secure. Rest assured, your information is shared exclusively with us and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Am I allowed to use any Property Agent service inparallel of using Kucing?
You are free to mandate any Agent (Real Estate Salesperson) who aligns with your specific needs.
