Is Kucing free to use?
Yes. Kucing is free to download and use for homeowners, property agents and home seekers. You can create an account, explore and post listings, access our interactive price-map, download our Guides, and manage key property interactions on the platform. Some optional or enhanced features (Such as unlimited chats and increased interaction limits) are available under PAID plan for users who want more control over their listings and enquiries
When should I move from free to paid?
The Free Plan is suitable if you want to explore Kucing, post occasionally, and manage standard property interactions.You may consider upgrading to the Unlimited Plan if you need more flexibility, visibility, and control over your listings and enquiries. This may include interacting with more home seekers, adding more media, managing more listings, and keeping your in-app chat accessible after viewings. The Unlimited Plan may be especially useful for active homeowners or property agents who manage multiple listings or receive frequent enquiries.
Do I need to pay a commission to Kucing in case of a successful transaction with the other party?
No. Kucing does not charge any commission or success fee if you complete a transaction with another party. Kucing acts as a facilitation platform. We do not manage Rentals, Sales, Payment, Deposits or other financial transactions between users, and we do not request any share of the transaction proceeds. Any applicable Kucing subscription fees (paid plan) are separate from the property transaction itself.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Depending on how you subscribed, you may cancel your plan from your Profile settings in the Kucing app or through the relevant app store subscription settings. After cancellation, your paid plan will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period. Any refund request, where applicable, may be subject to the payment provider’s or app store’s policies.
Is my paid plan refundable?
Paid plans are generally non-refundable once activated. Any refund request, where applicable, may be subject to the relevant payment provider’s or app store’s policies.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes. You may request to delete your Kucing account at any time through the app, where available, or by contacting Kucing support. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active paid subscription. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you should cancel your subscription through the relevant app store subscription settings to avoid future renewal charges. Once your account deletion request is processed, your access to Kucing services may be removed, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with Kucing’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
